Add sound and music to your film

You’re almost there!

The final step is editing your film. For this, you can use free editing software such as iMovie and Windows Movie Maker (available for Mac and Windows).

Download your preferred software, and watch our video. We will show you how you edit your animation using the software as well as adding music, sound effects, and credits.

Top Tips

• Don’t use too many sound effects. Keep it simple.

• Choose music that works well with the genre you’ve chosen. If it is a happy film, choose uplifting music.

• Remember to credit everyone who has been involved in making the film.

• Experiment and have fun with it. Try different sound effects and music to find out what works best to tell your story.
