HOW IT BEGAN

Chocolate Films and Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, set out to share the importance of pollination to wildlife in the UK, starting in your garden and local park. There are hundreds of pollinators in the UK, including our friend the oil beetle who takes us on a journey through Kew gardens, and we wanted to share the intriguing facts with you.

WORKSHOPS

Chocolate Films was resident at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew from May – September 2017.  People of all ages and abilities were invited to join us to break the world record for the number of people contributing to an animated film, as we tell the story of pollination in Love Bug. 2753 people aged 2- 60 visited over 47 days to craft and animate oil beetles, flowers, peacocks and bees. Did you take part?
