Special visit for Chocolate Films

By August 5, 2016Blog

The National Association of Young Entrepreneurs from Taiwan recently visited us on a UK trip to visit several Social Enterprises of note. Choosing to visit Chocolate Films for our award winning and  dedicated team of filmmakers training  people in documentary, animation and drama workshops so that participants are able to explore their creativity and learn how to make a film in a fun and exciting environment, we were only too happy to welcome them.

Aged between 18 to 30, the group joined Chocolate Films filmmakers Daniel and Nathaniel to learn how to make short documentary films and to interview us about our Social Enterprise.

Throughout the day, filmmakers taught the group how to use a professional camera, with many of the participants using such cameras for the first time They then went on to script writing and filming their interview with Chocolate films staff to find out all the details and why Chocolate Films Social Enterprise began.

I had the chance to have a quick chat with the group, and they had this to say:

“Everything we’ve done today is completely new, and we’d love to make more films, maybe with more drama.”

Have a great time in Glasgow and sightseeing!
